As part of the merger with Maurel & Prom, the Company hereby informs its shareholders that the update to the 2014 Annual Report has been filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on le 13 November 2015 under number D.15-0419-A01.

The update to the 2014 Annual Report incorporates the information contained in the half-yearly financial report for the first half 2015.
