PGA Chooses Jacobsen as Turf Equipment Supplier for its Premier Properties

Jacobsen, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, is now"The Official Turf Equipment Supplier to The PGA of America," theworld's largest working sports organization, and "The Exclusive TurfEquipment Supplier to PGA Golf Properties."

The 10-year agreement comes as The PGA of America begins majorrenovation efforts on two of its championship facilities: the PGAVillage in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Valhalla Golf Club inLouisville, Kentucky, host of the 2008 Ryder Cup. The PGA of Americachose Jacobsen equipment to define the look of these prestigious PGAproperties in order to produce the world-class conditionslong-affiliated with the brand and its legendary quality of cut.
