Pernod Ricard announces the pricing of US$ 600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.25% senior unsecured notes due 2026 (the "Notes"). The offering is expected to close on June 8, 2016, subject to certain closing conditions.

The Notes have been offered in a private offering exempt from the registration requirements of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The Notes will be offered only to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A and to certain persons outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S, each under the Securities Act.

The net proceeds of the issue will be used for general corporate purposes, including, amongst other things, the repayment of short term financing or outstanding bonds of the issuer, thus extending the maturity profile of its external debt.
