Performance Food Group Prices IPO Of 14.5 Mln Shares At $19.00/shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Performance Food Group Company (PFGC) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 14.5 million shares of its common stock at $19.00 per share.

The company is offering 12.8 million shares to be sold in the offering and certain selling stockholders are offering 1.7 million shares to be sold in the offering. Certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.2 million additional shares at the initial public offering price.

The company said the shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "PFGC" on October 1, 2015. The offering is expected to close on October 6, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
