Peab to Build 96 Apartments for HSB Malmö

Peab (STO:PEABB) has been contracted to build 96 apartments and garage in Limhamn, Malmö. The client is HSB Projekt i Malmö HB and the contract amounts to approximately SEK 168 million.

The assignment includes two phases. The building will with its architecture bond with the small-scale street house buildings that has become a hallmark of Limhamn area.

The building will be environmentally classified as Green Building Silver.

The project will start in April 2015 and the project is scheduled for completion in summer 2017.

The project will be reported in the second quarter 2015.
