Peab to Build 121 Apartments in Lindängen, Malmö

Peab (STO:PEABB) has been contracted to build 121 apartments, kindergarten and gym in the neighborhood Vårsången in Lindängen, Malmo. It is the first new construction project in the area in over 30 years. The client is Fastighets AB Trianon and the contract amounts to approximately SEK 193 million.

The project is a construction project where Peab, with subcontractors, will employ ten people from the area Lindängen, where the project is located.

The work will begin immediately and the project will be completed in June 2017.

The project is reported in the second quarter 2015.
