Peab to Build 116 Apartments in Örebro for HSB

HSB is one of our customers trust, and who we have a very good cooperation with. In January 2015 we completed the Battalion 1 in the area Rynningeåsen for HSB, and in that area Brf Honörren now will be a continuation, says Nils Staffansson, Regional Manager at Peab.

The project consists of 116 apartments spread over 2 buildings with 9 stairwells. The contract also includes a garage with approximately 100 parking spaces.

The project will be environmentally certified according to Green Building Silver.

Construction will start in May 2015 and the project is scheduled for completion in spring 2018.

The project is reported in the second quarter of 2015.
