Peab Gets New Road Assignment in Gothenburg

Peab (STO:PEABB) has been contracted to perform the "base maintenance road" on public roads within the operating range Kungälv. The customer is Swedish Transport Administration and the contract amounts to approximately SEK 133 million over four years.

The assignment includes winter maintenance and snow-free maintenance and is valid for a period of four years starting from 1 September 2015. The option of extending it for a year or two there.

- Winter and summer maintenance of state roads is an interesting and important market for us. It is therefore very pleasing that we can defend our current contract in Kungälv, says Berth Larsson, Regional Manager at Peab.

The project was reported in the first quarter 2015.
