Paying Solteq Oyj Board Members´fees in the Form of Shares Held by the Company

Solteq Plc's Annual General Meeting decided on March 17, 2014 the fee paid to a Board member partly by company's own shares.

According to decisions taken at the Annual General Meeting, Solteq Plc today transferred to Board members a total of 35,000 shares as part of their fees as follows:

A total of 5,000 shares were transferred to Chairman of the Board Ali Saadetdin. As a result of the transfer, his holdings in Solteq Plc amount to 3.486.383 shares.

A total of 5,000 shares were transferred to Board member Seppo Aalto. As a result of the transfer, his holdings in Solteq Plc amount to 1.667.206 shares.

A total of 5,000 shares were transferred to Board member Markku Pietilä. As a result of the transfer, his holdings in Solteq Plc amount to 10.000 shares.

A total of 5,000 shares were transferred to Board member Matti Roininen. As a result of the transfer, his holdings in Solteq Plc amount to 415.000 shares.

A total of 5,000 shares were transferred to Board member Sirpa Sara-aho. As a result of the transfer, his holdings in Solteq Plc amount to 10.000 shares.

A total of 5,000 shares were transferred to Board member Jukka Sonninen. As a result of the transfer, his holdings in Solteq Plc amount to 15.000 shares.

A total of 5,000 shares were transferred to Board member Olli Välimäki. As a result of the transfer, his holdings in Solteq Plc amount to 5.000 shares.

As a result of the transfer, the parent company holds a total of 110.881 own shares and the group companies hold a total of 860.881 own shares.
