Park Street Nordicom A/S - Large Shareholder Announcement

In connection to the announcement on capitalization as of 27 February 2018 we can inform that the payment of DKK 50,000,000.00 towards the subscription of class B-shares has been received. The condition for the debt conversion has been fulfilled, and the shares related to the debt conversion has now been fully paid in and subscribed.

According to Section 29 of the Securities Trading Act, Park Street Nordicom A/S has been informed that Park Street Asset Management Ltd. (Company registration no. 10138040), 58 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 3JB, United Kingdom, owned 100 % by Pradeep Pattem, as per 2^nd March 2018 has increased its shareholdings indirect via the controlled company Park Street NordAc S.à.r.l., (Company registration no. B210.132), 6D, Route de Tréves, L-2633 Senningerberg, Luxembourg to a total of 62,208,358, which corresponds to 92.14% of the total nominal share capital in Park Street Nordicom A/S of DKK 67,513,732.

Park Street Asset Management Ltd increased its direct and indirect shareholdings from 6,722,484 A-shares and 30,824,831 B-shares corresponding to 87.6% before the capital increase to a total of 62,208,358, where 6,722,484 are A-shares owned by Park Street Asset Management Ltd, and 55,485,874 are B-shares owned by its controlled company Park Street NordAc S.à.r.l. The total controlled direct and indirect shareholdings correspond to 92.14% of the total nominal share capital after the capital increase of DKK 67,513,732.
