WHAT: To celebrate the launch of the new wine label VINEYARD 518, P.F. Chang’s invites everyone in the country to attend a national toast. All P.F. Chang’s diners of legal drinking age will be offered a complimentary pour in honor of the occasion.

WHEN: Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 5:18 p.m.

WHERE: All participating P.F. Chang’s China Bistro locations in the United States*

WHY: P.F. Chang’s wants to reward guests with a custom-produced wine available exclusively for restaurant diners. VINEYARD 518 is a hand-crafted, environmentally friendly wine created in partnership with Wattle Creek Winery in Mendocino. The first wines available are a Sauvignon Blanc and a Syrah blend.
