Oshkosh Plans $250 Mln Senior Notes Offering
(RTTNews) - Oshkosh Corp. (OSK) said Thursday that it plans to sell up to $250 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes in a private offering.
The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes, together with available cash, to redeem all of its outstanding $250 million aggregate principal amount of 81/4% senior notes due 2017, in respect of which the company plans to provide notice on or about February 6 to all of the holders of the 2017 notes of the company's election to redeem such 2017 notes on or about March 10.
