Orosur Mining Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: OMI) (LSE: OMI) announced today the resignation of Mr. Julio C. Porteiro, Non Executive Director of the Company.

Tony Shearer, Chairman of the Company said: "I would like to thank Julio for his contribution to the Company over the past seven years.
