Orbotech Receives Order For 1,000th DI System - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Orbotech Ltd. (ORBK) announced that Chinese printed circuit board or PCB manufacturer, Red Board Ltd., has selected Orbotech's latest Direct Imaging or DI system, the Nuvogo 800, to increase productivity and accuracy in the production of its high density interconnect PCBs for mobile phones. This marks the 1,000th DI system sale achieved by Orbotech to date.

Orbotech introduced its first DI system in 1996, and has since been a world-leader in developing, marketing and implementing this technology for the global PCB industry.

Orbotech said Red Board is a longstanding Orbotech customer, specializing in high-precision, high-density circuit boards. Its products are widely used in mobile phones, communications, computer, instrumentation, automotive, home appliances and other applications.
