Open Solutions to Host 2005 Annual Client Conference in San Diego; Mor

GLASTONBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 2005--Open Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: OPEN), a provider of integrated enabling technologies for community financial institutions, will host its 2005 Open Solutions' Annual Client Conference in San Diego, Calif., on April 16-20, at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina. Open Solutions expects more than 1,000 attendees, a 25 percent increase over last year.
In addition to Open Solutions' Chairman & CEO Louis Hernandez, Jr.'s opening keynote address, the conference's guest keynote speakers include Debbi Fields, founder of Mrs. Fields Cookies, now a $450 million company, and Roy Firestone, renowned speaker, interviewer and host of ESPN's Up Close. Both will discuss experiences in entrepreneurial accomplishments, issues and obstacles.
The client conference will cover several key topics for the industry, including the latest technology and business trends, client success stories, focus group sessions, product demonstrations and the communication of new product developments. The conference provides two-way, open communication between Open Solutions and its financial services clients, as well as learning and networking opportunities. Specific sessions allow attendees to interact with Open Solutions' management, development and service teams; discuss ideas; develop technology-based strategies to identify best practices; and promote dominance in their individual markets.
