Trent will be responsible for overseeing leasing and asset management for a segment of Onyx's office portfolio. Prior to joining Onyx, Trent served as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for the KABR Group where he was responsible for asset management, leasing and construction across the company's four value add funds. He began his asset management career in 2007 with The Hampshire Companies, where he served as an analyst and later focused on portfolio management for the firm's varied asset class private equity fund.

Trent holds a Master's degree from New York University in Real Estate Development. He is also a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a dual degree in Accounting & Finance.
