(Paris:ONXEO) (NASDAQ OMX:ONXEO) (Euronext Paris, NASDAQ Copenhagen: ONXEO), an innovative company specializing in the development of orphan oncology drugs, hereby informs its shareholders that the Annual General Meeting held today, April 15, 2015, could not validly deliberate as the quorum was not reached. Consequently, the shareholders will again be convened for an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting at the company's headquarters on May 20, 2015 at 2:30 pm.
