On-Ramps to Careers to Hold Inaugural Fundraising Reception

WASHINGTON, March 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- On-Ramps to Careers will host its inaugural spring fundraising reception featuring keynote speaker Dr. Randal Pinkett, and modern food by Fox Hell's Kitchen contestant and celebrity chef, James Robinson on Thursday, April 20th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Pinkett is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of BCT Partners, an author and academic scholar. He travels the country speaking to corporate, youth and community groups. He was also featured on a variety of televised programs and is best known for winning Season 4 of NBC's "The Apprentice".

James Robinson is head chef and the driving force behind Kitchen Cray. He previously served as the Executive Chef at Indulj Restaurant and the Washington Marriott International. Chef JR serves as the chief instructor for Raising, Expectations, Inc. where he teaches youth ages 10-18 culinary lessons.

On-Ramps to Careers is a non-profit business-education organization that makes technology jobs more attainable to youth in the Nation's capital.
