Ocular Therapeutix Reports Pricing Of 4 Mln Shares Public Offering At $22/shr

(RTTNews) - Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. (OCUL) reported the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $22 per share, before underwriting discounts. The offering is expected to close on or about June 10.

The offering consists of 3.2 million shares being sold by the company and 800,000 shares being sold by certain stockholders of the company.

In addition, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of the company's common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.

Ocular Therapeutix will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
