NVR Inc. Profit Climbs 13% In Q4

(RTTNews) - NVR Inc. (NVR) revealed earnings for its fourth quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $150.89 million, or $37.80 per share. This was up from $134.00 million, or $31.92 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $33.09 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 12.4% to $1.72 billion. This was up from $1.53 billion last year.
