NPS Worldwide UK Limited Acquires Evolution Sorbent Products (ESP) UK Limited

GREEN BAY, Wisconsin and HEDGE END, Hampshire, England and OLDHAM, England, Sept. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- NPS Worldwide UK Limited, a market leading Spill Control redistributor, announced today it has acquired Evolution Sorbent Products (UK) Limited.  Based in Hedge End, Hampshire, NPS UK offers a wide variety of industrial spill control and secondary containment products.

Founded in 2014, ESP UK manufactures a variety of Spill Control Products at their manufacturing facility in Oldham, United Kingdom.

The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
