Northwest Natural Holding Acquires Ridgewood Infrastructure's 80% Interest In SiEnergy

(RTTNews) - Northwest Natural Holding Co. (NWN) Wednesday announced the closing of its acquisition of SiEnergy Operating LLC from Ridgewood Infrastructure's SiEnergy Capital Partners, LLC. The financial aspects of the deal are not revealed.

Ridgewood Infrastructure said it has sold 80 percent of its stake in SiEnergy Operating, LLC, a regulated natural gas utility as announced in November 2024.

The acquisition is expected to enhance Northwest Natural's presence in the Texas Triangle region.

Currently, NWN's stock is trading at $38.53, down 0.05% on the New York Stock Exchange.
