Northern Oil And Gas Q4 Profit Declines

(RTTNews) - Northern Oil and Gas, Inc (NOG) Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $17.4 million or $0.28 per share, compared to $19.6 million or $0.31 per share last year.

Adjusted net income was $13.7 million or $0.22 per share, down from $21.4 million or $0.34 per share in the previous year quarter. On average, 11 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.27 per share. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Total revenue for the quarter grew to $101.93 million from $81.75 million last year, while nine analysts expected revenues of $98.45 million.
