Nord Anglia Education Prices 19 Mln Shares IPO At $16/Shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Nord Anglia Education, Inc. (NORD) said it has priced its initial public offering of 19.0 million ordinary shares at $16.00 per share on March 25, 2014. The ordinary shares may begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 26, 2014 under the symbol "NORD."

The underwriters were granted an option to buy up to an additional 2.85 million ordinary shares from the company at the same price to cover over-allotments. The offering may be complete on or about March 31, 2014.

The offering is being made via. an underwriting group headed by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, which are acting as lead book-running managers. Additional book-running managers are Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. The co-managers for the offering are HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and William Blair & Company, L.L.C.
