Investment AB Öresund, Afa Försäkring, Göran Carlson through companies and Andra AP-fonden have formed a Nomination Committee before the 2010 Haldex Annual General Meeting. Together these owners represented 22.95 % of the votes in Haldex AB as per September 30, 2009.
