Nomination Committee for Intrum Justitia AB

At Intrum Justitia AB's (STO:IJ) Annual General Meeting on 25 March 2010, it was resolved that the Chairman of the Board of Directors before the end of the third quarter of the year shall convene representatives for the five largest shareholders of the company based on the number of votes held at the end of August in order to form a Nomination Committee.

Following contacts with the company's five largest shareholders, the following members have been appointed:

• Philip Wendt appointed by Länsförsäkringar fonder (7.2 per cent of capital and votes)
• Hans Hedström appointed by HQ fonder (6.1 per cent of capital and votes)
• Mats Gustafsson appointed by Lannebo fonder (4.8 per cent of capital and votes)
• Conny Karlsson appointed by CapMan Oyj (4.3 per cent of capital and votes)
• KG Lindvall appointed by Swedbank Robur fonder (4.2 per cent of capital and votes)

The Nomination Committee represents in total approximately 26.6 per cent of the capital and votes in the company. The ownership information provided above is based on information known by the company as well as total number of shares issued by the company including shares repurchased by the company.
