NNIT A/S: 4/2016 NNIT enters into agreement with DSB on a two year extension of the existing outsourcing contract
NNIT A/S ("NNIT"), a leading provider of IT services and consultancy announces that it today has entered into an agreement with DSB making use of the option of a two-year extension of the existing outsourcing contract between the parties covering support and maintenance of DSB's entire IT infrastructure.
The parties' existing five-year contract was entered into in the spring of 2012. The extension of the contract will run from April, 1 2017 to March, 31 2019 and represents a minor three-digit DKK million amount.
Per Kogut, CEO at NNIT comments: "We are happy to continue our cooperation with DSB, an important customer for NNIT. The extension of the agreement means that we will continue delivering IT solutions for Denmark's largest supplier of public transportation".
The agreement increases NNITs backlog for 2017 and 2018, but does not change NNITs guidance for 2016 or the long-term targets.
