Nimble Storage Q1 Loss Widens

(RTTNews) - Hybrid storage solutions provider Nimble Storage (NMBL), Thursday reported a first-quarter net loss attributable to common stockholders of $19.6 million or $0.28 per share, wider than $9.4 million or $0.47 per share in the year-ago quarter.

On an adjusted basis, net loss for the quarter widened to $10.0 million from $8.2 million in the prior year quarter. Loss per share for the quarter was $0.14, same as last year. On average, sixteen analysts expected a loss of $0.16 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates normally exclude one-time items.

Nimble Storage reported fourth-quarter revenues of $46.55 million, up 110 percent from $22.12 million a year ago. Fifteen analysts had a consensus revenue estimate of $43.81 million for the quarter.
