NGL Energy Announces Underwritten Public Offering Of 9 Mln Common Units

(RTTNews) - NGL Energy Partners LP (NGL) announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 9.0 million common units representing limited partner interests. NGL will also grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.35 million additional common units.

NGL said it expects to use the net proceeds from this offering, including any net proceeds from the underwriters' exercise of their option to purchase additional common units, to repay indebtedness and for general partnership purposes, including capital expenditures and potential acquisitions.
