Newell Rubbermaid Names John Stipancich CFO; Increases Quarterly Dividend

(RTTNews) - Newell Rubbermaid (NWL) announced the appointment of John Stipancich as Executive Vice President and CFO. Stipancich joined Newell Rubbermaid in 2004. He most recently served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and Executive Leader of the company's operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Newell Rubbermaid also announced that its Board has declared a 12 percent increase in quarterly dividend from $0.17 per share to $0.19 per share. The dividend is payable March 13, 2015 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2015.
