New Number of Shares in ReadSoft AB

Regulatory News:

Due to an exchange of convertible notes in ReadSoft AB (STO:RSOFB), the number of Series B shares has increased by 9.000 shares and the number of votes has increased by 9.000. Following the increase, the total number of shares in ReadSoft is 33,144,440 of which 1,354,500 are Series A shares and 31,789,940 are Series B shares. The total number of votes in ReadSoft is 45,334,940. The share capital amounts to SEK 3,314,444 after the increase.
