New Number of Shares in Handelsbanken

Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB (STO:SHBA) (STO:SHBB), the number of Class A shares has increased by 287 shares and the number of votes has increased by 287. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is 635 679 618 of which 623 929 175 are Class A shares and 11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 625 104 219. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 955 910 223,70 after the increase.
