New employee-elected board member

Ole Skov, who has served as an employee-elected member of Spar Nord’s Board of Directors since 2000, has announced his intention to resign from the Board of Directors in connection with the annual general meeting on 19 April to focus on other assignments in the Bank.

As a result, Ole Skov’s personal alternate, Lene Aaen, will join the Board of Directors as a new employee-elected board member.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Ole Skov for his long-standing contribution.
