New Director of Operations Joins LLC Property Management with Big Expectations

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Justin Javan has joined LLC Property Management (www.llcpm.com) as Director of Operations.  LLC Property Management ("LLCPM"), a full service property management company with offices in Los Angeles, CA and Dallas, TX, is looking to capitalize from Justin's experience to continue their current expansion.

As head of operations for LLC Property Management, Mr. Javan is directly responsible for asset management, positioning, and property performance for a portfolio consisting of multi-family, retail, office, light industrial and Estate properties, as well as business development. ​Justin brings over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, property management, and asset management to LLCPM.  In the span of his career, he has closed over $100,000,000 in transactions.  As a former partner, and C.O.O. of Nottinghill Bridge L.L.C. he owned and managed holdings in four different states, totaling over 3,000 units, and 50+ employees.  Justin also was project manager for Union Bank's $1.5BN acquisition of Santa Barbara Bank and Trust, as well as assisting in the launch of several online products. 

Mr. Javan earned his B.A. in Biochemistry/Psychology from U.C.L.A., as well as completing courses in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Property Management, Escrow, Appraisal, Real Estate Economics, and Mortgage Loan Brokering. Justin also has a computer science background, and enjoys programming in C++, Java, HTML5/CSS3, SQL, and JQuery and will utilize his background in technology to bring cutting edge ideas, and applications, to property management.
