NetCracker Kicks Off 2005 with Big Win: Announces Contract with Tier O

- NetCracker solution will be used to deliver services across Canada

NetCracker Technology, a leading provider of OSS and IT Infrastructure Management solutions, announced today that it has signed a software contract with TELUS Corporation (TSX: T, T.NV; NYSE: TU), one of Canada's leading telecommunications companies. The NetCracker solution will be a key component of TELUS'next-generation network inventory and fulfillment systems and will be deployed across its wireline network.

The TELUS contract represents a significant win for NetCracker, which was selected over its competitors after an extensive due diligence process that included proofs-of-concept and references. Ultimately, the NetCracker solution will replace TELUS' legacy systems and will be integrated with TELUS' network management and billing applications.
