Neos Therapeutics Files IPO Of Up To $69 Mln

(RTTNews) - Pharmaceutical company Neos Therapeutics Inc. announced that it has filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $69 million in an initial public offering.

The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

The Grand Prairie, Texas-based company, which was founded in 1994 initially filed confidentially on April 27, 2015.

Neos Therapeutics, a late stage biotech developing formulations of approved therapies for ADHD, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol NEOS.

UBS Investment Bank, BMO Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
