National Health Investors Q3 FFO Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - National Health Investors Inc. (NHI) Monday reported third-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, of $28.25 million or $1.01 per share, up from $19.86 million or $0.71 per share in the comparable quarter last year.

Normalized FFO for the quarter was $26.19 million or $0.94 per share. On average, six analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report FFO of $0.90 per share. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income for the quarter improved to $42.74 million or $1.53 per share from $14.35 million or $0.52 per share last year.
