Nathalie Broutèle co-opted as new member of the Board of Directors of Bull

During the meeting held on 23 October 2013, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Mrs Nathalie Broutèle as a new member of the Board of Directors, for the duration of the unexpired term of her predecessor, Valérie Bernis, who has resigned. This will be until the annual shareholders’ meeting to be called in 2016 to approve the financial statements of the fiscal year ended 31 December 2015. The ratification of the appointment of Nathalie Broutèle will be submitted for approval at the next annual shareholders’ meeting, scheduled for 6 June 2014.

A graduate of the Rouen business school, Nathalie Broutèle began her career at insurance company Mutuelles du Mans Assurances before joining Natixis Assurances in 1991 as Director of the Marketing/Communication and Financial Controlling Department. In 1999, she was appointed as Director of the Client Services/IT Program Management and Financial Controlling Departments. She was appointed as Deputy Managing Director in 2003, and then Managing Director of Natixis Assurances in 2006.

In addition, during the same meeting, the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mrs Anne Marechal, recently appointed as Director of Legal Affairs with the French securities regulator (Autorité des marchés financiers).
