Michael Kerans Joins FindWhat.com, Inc. as Senior Vice President/Gener

    FORT MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 2005--FindWhat.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:FWHT), a leading global developer and provider of performance-based marketing and commerce enabling services, announced today that Michael Kerans has joined FindWhat.com, Inc. as Senior Vice President/General Manager, Pay-Per-Call. The appointment is effective immediately.
    FindWhat.com's President and Chief Operating Officer Phillip Thune said, "Mike's considerable experience in distribution and ad sales combined with his keen understanding of the need to introduce new performance-based products to traditional and non-traditional media, make him a natural choice to lead FindWhat.com's Pay-Per-Call initiative."

    Mr. Kerans' background includes extensive program distribution experience for Paramount Television Group and Warner Bros. Domestic TV, as well as traditional and non-traditional media sales for Paramount Advertiser Sales as SVP, Strategic Planning and Sales. While there, he started and ran Paramount's online advertising business. His group was responsible for monetizing all websites associated with Paramount's television and theatrical properties. Mr. Kerans also founded Mill River Media, a non-traditional media rep firm, now a part of E.E. Finch & Co. Clients included Paramount, CBS, NBC Enterprises, Sony as well as Fortune 100 advertisers and their agencies.
    Mr. Kerans began his career managing programming development at Bozell (now Interpublic Group). He graduated cum laude from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.A. in Legal Studies.
