Meta Financial Names Brad Hanson As President, Glen Herrick As CFO
(RTTNews) - Meta Financial Group, Inc. (CASH), Thursday said it named Brad Hanson as President, Glen Herrick as Chief Financial Officer, Ira Frericks as Chief Operating Officer and Ron Butterfield as Chief Administrative Officer. Additionally, the company said Troy Moore will be taking on a new role as Executive Vice President of Retail Bank Sales and Operations.
Brad Hanson, joined the company in 2004, and founded the group's Meta Payment Systems division. Hanson is currently Executive Vice President, and President of the Meta Payment Systems division, and will now assume additional responsibilities as President of the company and MetaBank. Prior to that, he worked with BankFirst, and has served his tenure in numerous banking, card industry and technology-related firms.
Glen Herrick, currently Senior Vice President of Finance and Investment Management, has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Office, and will be replacing Dave Leedom, who will be in Meta Financial in a part-time role. Herrick's career spans to about 19 years in the field of finance.
Ira Frericks, joined the Company in 2008 as Chief Accounting Officer, and is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. He has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Frericks has about 25 years of experience in the field of accounting and banking operations.
Ron Butterfield joined the group in 2004 to help establish the Meta Payment Systems division, and is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff. Butterfiled has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.
