Melco Crown Entertainment Posts Higher FY13 Profit - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Melco Crown Entertainment Ltd. (MPEL) posted a rise in annual net income attributable to the company to $637.5 million, or $0.383 per share, from $417.2 million, or $0.252 per share, last year.

Net revenues for the year 2013 were $5.09 billion, up 24.7%, compared with $4.08 billion in 2012.

Adjusted EBITDA was $1.29 billion, representing an increase of 39.9%, compared with $920.2 million for 2012, mainly attributable to the strength in its mass table games operation and rolling chip revenues, in addition to its highly committed cost-control focus, the company said.
