Med-Design Postpones Earnings Call

    VENTURA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 11, 2005--The Med-Design Corporation (NASDAQ:MEDC), announced today that it is postponing its earnings conference call previously scheduled for Monday, March 14, 2005. Due to delays relating to the Company's assessment of internal control over financial reporting responsive to the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Company anticipates that it will submit a notification of late filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to its annual report on From 10-K and file the Form 10-K by March 31, 2005. The Company expects to reschedule the earnings conference call to occur prior to the filing of the Form 10-K.
