The Conference keynote speaker will be Dr. Paula Caligiuri, a D'Amore-McKim Distinguished Professor of International Business and Strategy and author of Cultural Agility: Building a Pipeline of Successful Global Professionals.
"Working in collaboration with D'Amore-McKim programs, we will give MBA women the opportunity to enjoy academic resources they would not otherwise have access to," says Philana Kiely, Interim Executive Director of MBA Women. "If an MBA graduate has a new job assignment and needs distinct skills, then the D'Amore-McKim School of Business will help bridge the gap. Access to leading business scholars such as Dr. Paula Caligiuri is just one example of how this innovative collaboration reinforces our mutual missions."
"The D'Amore-McKim School of Business and MBA Women both strive to empower women business professionals. Our efforts will be enhanced by this sponsorship," said Kate Klepper, Associate Dean, Graduate Business Programs.
D'Amore-McKim MBA candidate Amy Foley has been selected as National Student Director of MBA Women to lead the National Student Leadership Team (NSLT) comprised of four regional directors. Foley will help create, develop and refine strategic initiatives for student chapters, among other national initiatives.
The partnership allows D'Amore-McKim students to benefit from complimentary MBA Women membership, event invitations and free conference registration. In addition to Amy Foley's appointment as National Student Director, select D'Amore-McKim students will assume leadership roles within the chapter-driven association.
