Highlights from Mastermind’s first fiscal quarter of the year (October 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018) include:

• Total revenues increased 23 percent from $961,871 to $1,221,341
• Gross profit increased 33 percent from $792,786 to $1,056,256
• Operating expenses increased 39 percent from $714,833 to $990,783 due to 1) additional personnel added to deliver on services attributable to Mastermind’s increased revenue, and 2) the increased expenses associated with becoming a public company, including legal fees, accounting fees, insurance, etc.
• Net income before taxes decreased 10.7 percent, from $73,352 to $65,473 due to increased operating expenses.
