Marquette National Corporation Declares a Dividend of $0.27 per Share

CHICAGO, Oct. 20, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Marquette National Corporation (OTCQX: MNAT) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per share. The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2022 to shareholders of record on December 17, 2021.  As of September 30, 2021, Marquette had 4,369,746 shares issued and outstanding. 

The Company also announced that its Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to $1,500,000 of its outstanding common stock at prevailing market prices through open market or negotiated transactions. The repurchase program is authorized to last through December 31, 2022.
