Minefinders is a precious metals exploration and mining companythat is recognized throughout the industry for technical expertise,responsible and reliable reporting, and sound fiscal management. TheCompany has an enviable record of successful Gold and silverexploration over the past 10 years, and is in the process of securingfinancing to build its first major gold-silver mine, the Doloresdeposit in Chihuahua, Mexico. Management is excited to be moving intoa new phase of growth for the Company, from an exploration company toa mid-size gold & silver producer.

When asked about the company's current strategy Mr. Bailey stated,"Dolores will be a very profitable, economic mine, especially atpresent gold and silver prices. It is a volcanic hosted, epithermalgold and silver system, with gold being a slightly more valuable rightnow, but the silver is very valuable as well. In our mine plan, 98% ofthe reserves in the pit are proven and probable, worth approximately1.9 billion dollars and we continue to convert additional resourcesinto P&P, which is considered very successful exploration."

Regarding the company's shareholders Mr. Bailey stated,"Historically, probably 40% or more of our stock has been held byinstitutions. We have about 3,500 shareholders in total. We trade onthe Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol MFL and on the AmericanStock Exchange under the symbol MFN. We trade in Germany on theFrankfurt Exchange. Our shareholder base consists of largeinstitutions in US, Canadian and Internationally. They are primarilygold funds, but there are a few general funds and hedge funds as well.
