Marinus Pharma Prices IPO At $8.00 Per Share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Marinus Pharmaceuticals Inc. (MRNS), a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the development of innovative neuropsychiatric therapeutics, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5.625 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share, before underwriting discounts.

The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "MRNS" on July 31, 2014.

In addition, Marinus said it has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 843,750 shares of common stock at the same price to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on August 5, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
