ManTech Awarded $76 Million Contract from Space and Naval Warfare Syst

    FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 2005--ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT), a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions focused on mission-critical national security programs for the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, the Department of State, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security and other U.S. federal government customers, announced today that it has been awarded a contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, valued at $76 million, to provide training for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and other Department of Defense related systems. The competitively awarded contract has a five-year base period, with eight, six-month options, giving the program a total potential value of $76 million.
    ManTech will provide a wide range of training support functions that include developing and designing curriculum, creating systems operator and maintenance technical training, developing job analysis materials, updating Navy Training Systems Plans, conducting fleet training surveys and recommending technology solutions for training requirements.
