KIRKLAND, QC, Nov. 21, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Manitex Capital Inc. ("Manitex" or the "Corporation") announces that Mr. David Ben-David has resigned from its Board of Directors effective immediately. Manitex would like to thank Mr. Ben-David for his contribution to the Corporation since joining the Board in 1998 and wishes him well in his other business endeavours.
