Magic Software Signs Partnership Deal With China's United Electronics

(RTTNews) - Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (MGIC), a provider of software platforms, Tuesday announced that it has accelerated its expansion into China with the collaboration with China-based United Electronics Co., Ltd. The partnership agreement for licenses, maintenance and support is worth nearly $1 million over five years.

The company said that United Electronics, an IT solutions and service provider, has been appointed as a Magic xpa and Magic xpi prime partner and reseller for Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.

Magic noted that the new partnership strengthens its presence in the Asia Pacific market where the company already boasts many long-term partners.

United Electronics Chairman Donghui Wang said, "The Chinese market is ripe for this partnership with Magic.
